Cannot think of anything much.
This company is just a body shop that sells your labor. If they feel that they can't sell you, it is game over and you are out. The large number of people who attend onboarding is indicative of a high personnel turnover rate.
The much-vaunted company values are just empty words. Having "fun" as a value is quite meaningless. I also got the feeling that those in power that I dealt with were not very "honest."
