Nice projects with which you as a Young Professional can learn a lot. Lots of freedom regarding hours, working from home, etc., although that is highly dependent on your client.
You are often expected to participate in certain activities outside of your normal hours, such as training. Additionally, the salary is quite low compared to the rest of the market, and Capgemini is not very flexible in this regard, especially when you are young.
