Managers and your seniors don't seem to care, and they don't respond to your queries as well.
No growth in your skills and salary because they won't let you focus on one thing.
I was trained for Java Fullstack with React, but now they are sending my profile for PL/SQL and even for some non-technical data entry types of work.
Please don't get into it unless you have nothing else.
