The company culture is very good. I have never ever yet suffered any backlash or politics. I am lucky in this part that the project I am onboarded to is perfect and aligns with my career goals.
They do not provide any internal exams to move your CTC to the higher end, even though you know now that you are ready.
The chances for you to be a cross-sectional member are very less, as once clients like you, they don't allow a release.
Notice period is compulsorily 90 days.
You should seriously, seriously think about letting juniors take exams for higher CTCs. This would promote competition and everything.
