Lack of good development projects
Good training at the internship level. Good salary. Friendly team members and managers. Good number of PTOs and compensation for overtime.
Development projects are very few. This is not an advantage for freshers or employees with 1-3 years of work experience, with respect to learning.
Very little salary hike. Long working hours.
