6. They won't let you switch Business Units for different projects (even if it matches your skillset and is of your interest level) as they only look for their own profit.
7. Highly demotivating environment because of the work culture, and nobody takes action. They will just degrade your rating if you don't do as they say and keep them happy.

Please stop being biased and stop just thinking about your own BU's profit. Sometimes you should also take care of your employees' skills and interests. Take action against bullies and stop being one. Make a healthy work environment.
