Good, but comes at a price
I've been here since 2022. The company is good, with good learning opportunities. If you are lucky, you will end up in thrilling projects.
There are times when you would go out of your way and work for more than 9 hours a day if you get into a project with poor management and planning. Also, if you work hard and go the extra mile, they don't always give good ratings/appraisals.
Learn as much as you can if you are hired as an 'A' grade employee and switch after completing 2 years for better promotions and hikes.
