Pros

It is good company if you have good soft skills and if you get the right people in your team and as your seniors. There are all sorts of people; it completely depends on your luck and profile for the experience you will receive.

Technical training is good and depends on the project you will work on.

Cons

In the first 3 months of training, they provide soft skill training and technical training. In soft skill training, they identify people who, according to them, do not have good soft skills and then start to give assignments, like sending a video of yourself talking on a topic after 8-9 hours of daily training. This costs extra overtime, which affects work-life balance. They also want those individuals to do news reading during the next day's soft skill sessions. And no gifts were given during festivals on my project.

Advice to Management

If they really need good soft skills in freshers and do not find the person appropriate, then they should evaluate in interview rounds and not select them. They will find better options in life rather than the company trying to fix them with soft skill trainings and giving homework assignments like news reading or sending videos of talks on topics.

After 8-9 hours of day trainings, which affects work-life balance, they should give gifts during festivals like Diwali to all projects.
