They will copy and paste the same reviews for all employees. Managers rarely ask for feedback once in two years. No management to take care of the employees.

Experienced candidates should not join. This is only for freshers. Don't waste your career unless you want to. The work culture is poor. Senior management have no idea how to implement ideas or to create an inclusive workplace.

Look for talented people and try to retain the resources, rather than employees who are omnipresent.
