Luckily, I got a chance to work with a good project initially.
Staffing has very little knowledge of profiles. They tagged an automation tester in a QC admin project. They don't know how to speak to their employees. It is next to impossible to get relocation, due to which many employees are frustrated.
Please look into the staffing matter because if they continue to work like this, no employee will be happy to work with Capgemini.
