From my perspective, I was coming from a company where I worked for a very big client and the culture was product-based.
In Capgemini, I am mentally tortured by my manager who bullies me every day in front of the whole team. There is politics even by juniors in my team.
There is one guy who does not know how to code, still he is in the team, God knows why, and my manager supports him because he has senior grade C1, which helps the project to bill more.
I am talking about the Dassault project. I hope no one has to join this project, as your life will be ruined, and you will be surrounded by heavily toxic people who will care only about themselves. The whole BU of aerospace is like this, and it's a shame that uncultured people who are managing this BU are responsible for managing employees.
