Good place to work, opportunity to learn new technology, and new projects.
It depends on the project and the project executor.
Some project managers are really bad and do not have proper knowledge to manage and execute the project.
There is a lot of politics based on religion and location.
The directors of several projects are dummy candidates. They just check for the deliveries and never peep into the actual project.
Senior management should be transparent and always have a communication channel with the whole team. They should also be polite and speak properly.
