A good place to focus on self-development and training due to the lack of executive decisions and changeovers in a very lazy forum.

Cons

Changes and turnover of executive management have caused unrealized potential on many fronts. Poor executive decisions and management have led to nil retention.

Advice to Management

Get some focused individuals that can appreciate the employees and intellect in use. Perhaps then you can make money and keep people.
