Very slow and dull organization. No transparency in policies. If you are coming from a good mid or large service org, you will feel like working in a BPO when you join Capgemini.

Standard Chartered bank account in Chennai and Bangalore is very toxic and political. Dull leadership, regionalism. Laterals don't feel welcome. Please check if you are being hired for this account. Also, 90% support projects. Forget career growth.
