Cons

Everything else is terrible if you are a Junior Architect.

No cloud projects.

Seating on the bench can last longer than someone can think.

Constant change of leadership and management.

There is no chance to gain hands-on experience; therefore, you can't grow, and consequently, you can't earn more or get promoted.

The most available offers are working on small projects irrelevant to your career.

Sometimes, you have to split yourself to work on two different projects on the same day to book your hours 100%.
