Pay does not keep pace with inflation, even if your annual rating states that you are 'performing at the high level expected'. That is to say, Capgemini relies upon eroding its salary costs in real terms by not fairly rewarding staff.

Having been a part of the annual review process, I can state that it is cursory, is not evidence-based, and it encourages personal favourites.

The company 'values' you constantly espouse are a sham. Either live them, or, better still, stop talking about them.
