Pros

Nothing. Never join this rut.

Cons

No hike or promotion. It takes 10 years to get promoted from manager to senior manager.

No deal wins as they concentrate on acquisitions. People retire in the grade they join.

No money spent on training employees. Billions of dollars are spent on making useless acquisitions, so the company does not have money to give hikes. It is the only IT company in the world to have billions of dollars as debt on its balance sheet.

No growth in revenue and profit for the last several decades. Hikes are a measly 1 or 2%.

You need to service the complete notice period even on the bench.

Most discriminatory variable pay policy in the world.

If you go onsite, your designation will come down by 2 levels. Managers are very abusive. They keep on shouting like nuts.

Advice to Management

Useless management. Cannot take business decisions.

During COVID, employees' leaves were encashed by the company. Paid leaves were taken away. But the company was generous enough to contribute 5 crores to the PM Cares fund. Why this double standard?
