- Cloud BU management is good and understands its tagline: people matter, results count.
- Poor and opaque appraisals.
- Tower and technology are almost difficult to change.
Please retain old employees by bridging the gap. Instead of telling them it's just a "COVID wave" and we will give 100% hikes to new hires but only 10% to old ones.
