I feel very good management over there, and the employees feel very humble and polite. Projects are being delivered on time.
I feel the salary increment for existing employees is not as per the needs of the outside markets. Work is necessary, then completing time inside the company.
Humble request: Could you consider offering work from home, even after the lockdown, in some intervals or for specific time periods based on employee needs?
