A good place to start, but hard to keep growing
- Given a lot of responsibility early on if you want it.
- Lots of extracurricular type groups.
- Good relationships with multi-national coworkers.
- Too much red tape for everything.
- If you come in through campus recruitment, you're arbitrarily put into a service line and it's hard to switch.
- Less than competitive pay.
- Flexible work hours: sometimes you leave at 4 p.m. and sometimes you're working weekends for months at a time.
Management is good at seeming available for discussions and changes that need to be made, but never follows up or takes action on any of the feedback given.
