Pros
  • Given a lot of responsibility early on if you want it.
  • Lots of extracurricular type groups.
  • Good relationships with multi-national coworkers.
Cons
  • Too much red tape for everything.
  • If you come in through campus recruitment, you're arbitrarily put into a service line and it's hard to switch.
  • Less than competitive pay.
  • Flexible work hours: sometimes you leave at 4 p.m. and sometimes you're working weekends for months at a time.
Advice to Management

Management is good at seeming available for discussions and changes that need to be made, but never follows up or takes action on any of the feedback given.
