If you have the potential to grow, you also have to get lucky with your department head and your mentor/counselor. Contact twice a year, and then they think they know their own staff well.

In short, a super bad company to work for if you have ambitions, want to grow, or suddenly get sick, because then you are a burden they want to get rid of as quickly as possible.
