Pros

A good start to your career after your studies.

Many training courses that are free.

You will be made inhumanly tough.

Cons

Everything is fine until you get sick, you want to grow, or you have your own opinion about something. When you get sick, you will see the true face of Cap.

Yelling on the phone, ugly behavior, no promotion even though you have worked extremely hard for it. All the money goes to this company, and they truly have nothing left for their people.

If you have the potential to grow, you also have to get lucky with your department head and your mentor/counselor. He or she is the one who has almost everything in their hands and has to evaluate you, while you are working on a project at company A and they work for company B. Contact twice a year, and then they think they know their own staff well.

In short, a super bad company to work for if you have ambitions, want to grow, or suddenly get sick, because then you are a burden they want to get rid of as quickly as possible.
