No pros. You will get your salary, and in some projects, flexible timings. Still need to complete 9.5 hours.
A lot:
- No salary hike.
- Weekend work.
- No onsite opportunity for newcomers, only for those who are good at buttering.
- Nothing to learn except for Excel sheets.
Give hikes to employees, recognize their effort, and reward them.
