Giving 1 because I can’t find 0 or even negative in the rating scale. In order to brainwash you to join, the recruiter will give all kinds of fake hopes. That’s mainly for them to hit their target for the month. Once you’ve joined and contracted to another company for employment, they treat you like a street dog instead. Many of my colleagues were thrown out within one day’s notice without further reasoning, and they won’t even be bothered to help you with another job opportunity. I got so sick seeing the way the employees were treated and left this company for good. It was such a nightmare experience. If you’re looking forward to join Capgemini Malaysia for a contractual position, please think again.
