Stable place to work
The company has had stability for me and good benefits.
Too much emphasis lately on mandatory learning/trainings, and it takes time away from my client responsibilities. It is good for career growth, but it creates stress.
We receive way too many internal company emails, newsletters, and pre-dawn webinar invites from India or Europe that have very little to do with my job. This clutters up my inbox and calendar.
