Process

The interview process was pretty seamless.

The HR representative maintained regular contact and was available throughout.

The first round involved building a simple application in any language of choice, with a focus on software design and correctness.

The second round consisted of two one-hour interviews: one technical and one behavioral. These interviews were also seamless. I am not a fan of behavioral interviews, as they test nothing and are a waste of time, in my opinion, if the position is not managerial.
