This wasn't like any other interview I've seen here. I thought it was just supposed to be a phone screen with the hiring manager, but it turned out to be two senior developers.
They had pretty thick accents, and their speakerphone kept having interference, making it hard to hear them.
There was a quick introduction, then straight into about 50 technical questions. There were no high-level, conceptual LeetCode programming problems, or DS and Algorithms questions. Everything was extremely specific, even about technologies and languages not on my resume.
The only feedback I got was "okay," then the next developer fired off another question.

Seriously, it's GOATED. Smart coworkers, though like any company, this will vary. Rich Fairbanks is a great leader.Cons: Influx of AWS employees bringing over some AWS culture, like stack rankings, which I am not a fan of. Slowly pushing for more days in office (though right now, this is reasonable).
