Pros: Great work-life balance, depending on the team and technology. Forward-thinking company, so you will be learning new things.
Cons: Culture is awful, and team placement is just a dice roll. Stack ranking makes the environment extremely stressful and unhelpful unless you get on a great team.

Cons: The overall location is not great for younger people.

Pros: Good work-life balance and good pay. I've never had to stay past 5 p.m. on a normal day, and coworkers are always supportive of a learning, entry-level engineer.
Cons: Not much to complain about. Sometimes there are politics among management, but I just try to stay away as much as possible.
