Cons: The tech might be great, but the products are very moderate. Nothing special about what you're building most of the time. The product that you will be working on might be boring in nature.

Pros: Work on the latest tech stack, full on AWS Cloud, good office location.
Cons: For tech, this is a model of onshore work for our office. Engineering managers are not competent. The US owns all the work; you get a tiny pie if you are lucky. You beg them to accept your PR. There's a good chance that you may end up just doing support work.
