Process
The initial recruiter call was to discuss my background and experience, and for them to talk about the position.
After that, I was sent a Coderpad assessment with four questions to be completed in 70 minutes. However, if you skip question 3 and answer questions 1, 2, and 4 correctly, you will still pass.
The final round, or "power day," consisted of two technical interviews, a behavioral interview, and a case interview.
