It was a phone screen. Basically, they asked if I had sponsorship to work in the U.S. and then if I had professional-level work experience for more than two years.
The recruiter declined my application due to a lack of professional experience. It has to be paid experience for two years.
However, she mentioned that Capital One has an academy to train new entry-level engineers and recommended I learn about that program before I could join.
