Two phone interviews, with the hiring manager. We went through my CV, and I described what Capital One does and the position they were recruiting for. I also explained the difference between UK and US teams.

Three face-to-face interviews:

• Two Job Fit Interviews (1 hour each)
• One Behavioural Interview (1 hour)

The interviews were fairly informal, with no real technical questions – more about my skills and where I was headed. The Behavioural Interview included three questions that required long, detailed answers.
