Pros: Great culture that motivates innovation and utilization of new technologies.
Cons: The structure can be quite political. Performance Management is taken very seriously, but employees are ranked in relation to other employees. Even when everyone is hard-working, if someone is very outspoken and is known for networking, they have greater chances of promotion over someone who works hard, does a great job, and lacks the networking skills.
