My favorite interview/interviewers so far.
I was contacted by HR first. They spoke to me on the phone for about half an hour for an initial screening. Then, they sent me a link to a Codesignal task, which I finished within two weeks.
Later, I was contacted by the same HR person who offered a time slot for a "power interview," which included two technical interviews, one behavioral interview, and one case study.
After the power day, I was promptly contacted by the same HR person who let me know that I was not selected. They provided feedback, which I had kind of anticipated, stating that the interviewers liked my skills but considered my case study solution weak.
Codesignal: usual coding algorithms (e.g., return a palindrome).
Behavioral: 3 STAR questions.
