I applied for the job in June but didn't hear from anyone until August. It took a few weeks to get a phone interview, then another few weeks to schedule an on-campus interview. After the interview day, they called me back to see if I would prefer a different position (application developer). This resulted in two more phone interviews over the next few weeks. Another few weeks later, I finally got an offer. This was four months since I initially applied. They didn't seem to be in a hurry.

I had a behavioral interview and some data modeling questions. They asked me to answer them on a whiteboard.
