Unfortunately, I didn’t make it far in the process due to a lack of a certain skillset, which was a hard requirement (there was an assessment). However, my experience was pleasant.
The HR person I spoke with was trying to find a role that would suit my particular skillset. It didn’t feel like an interview but more like a casual conversation.
If this is any indication of how the company culture is, I can’t wait to get in. Going to upskill and try again.
