Starting from the recruiter contact until the offer, the complete interview process was very professional, with up-to-date status updates after each step. The whole process took about a month (due to my vacation during that period); otherwise, it could have taken only 2-3 weeks.

Following the recruiter screening, there was a one-on-one hiring manager phone interview. Then, I was called for an onsite interview lasting 3 hours with various members/peers of the hiring team. All the interviewers were very professional and organized.

After I received the offer and had to decline it, both the hiring manager and recruiter tried to offer alternatives for the issue of concern. This shows that they truly value their employees and give importance to their employees' choices.
