Process

I was contacted by a recruiter via Hired. After an initial conversation with a fantastic recruiter, Lindsay Beach, I had a 45-minute phone interview covering intermediate JavaScript, HTML, and CSS questions.

About a week later, they flew me down to their D.C. HQ for three interviews:

  • Two technical interviews
  • One non-technical interview

They ended up making a very competitive offer. They then upped the offer when I had another one with a higher salary, but I ended up declining it for a different offer.

Everyone was fantastic to deal with, especially the recruiter.
