Very hard interview. I would not take it again at all. It was too tough for me. I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family. It was too difficult. I wish I hadn't taken the call.

Cons: Working for the bank side of Capital One can be very limiting in what is all possible due to regulations.
Work is usually very uninteresting. Banking can only get so exciting.
