Pros: Opportunity to earn okay money with a good bonus if you get promoted a few times. Lots of good engineers. Some of the managers are technical. Good opportunity for early careers.

Cons: Used to be amazing. Really felt like innovation was encouraged. Engineering was fun. It isn't as good now. A lot of managers aren't that technical anymore. Senior managers aren't really listening to engineers and are more interested in process than building cool stuff. Product doesn't know what they want to build. Far too much time is wasted on dev ops tasks and pipelines. Too much focus is placed on filling teams with junior members of staff. It's great for new starters but pretty rubbish for more experienced engineers. Tribes make tech ownership difficult.

Pros: Relaxed corporate culture, with some sense of fun and fairly relaxed on spending for team success. Leadership is insightful and listens to their staff. Canteen, office, and other perks are really top-notch.

Cons: Getting things done can be difficult at times. It requires a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm!

Pros: A true fin-tech company with a cloud transformation well underway, great culture, and investment in the future.

Cons: Not much on-site parking.
