I was contacted by an internal recruiter who set up a 30-minute phone screen with current staff engineers. The screen covered basic Java and Spring knowledge, with some front-end questions. I passed the phone screen and was invited to a face-to-face interview. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the people were mostly very nice.
