The interview process consists of one online technical assessment involving algorithms, followed by four one-hour interviews.
Do not waste your time with this process. They do not know how to interview candidates or how to show decency by at least paying attention during the interview. The process is very long, and if they decide you didn't "pass" one of the interviews, all three of your other interviews don't count either.
For two of mine, the interviewers were distracted the whole time, and I had to repeat my questions multiple times. I "passed" all but one, so I was declined.
