Lead Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mexico

Process

It almost feels like they want to hire people. Almost...

I applied last year to the same position and they asked me the same questions as one year ago.

The interviews felt like they were trying to change initial conditions, always, but not in a way to test if you can adapt. Instead, it felt like they were trying to make you fail. I even felt one of the interviewers getting angry because I was answering everything.

They also asked me for 8 years of addresses for a background check and digital IDs, just to discard me in less than 12 hours after giving them all that information. It felt like they just wanted to collect my personal information.

If you have the opportunity, avoid risking your personal information in this process.
