I was contacted by an "experienced senior recruiter," Akshi A. Mahendru, about a developer position. I followed up properly, but then was ghosted. I am sick of all the ghosting from recruiters. Lay all these incompetent HR people off and hire people who can act professionally, instead, Capital One. I am professional when applying, so why can't recruiters be, too? I will not seek employment at Capital One again in the future.
