Process
Call with HR to talk about the company and the role in general. Typical questions include:
- Tell me about yourself
- What are you looking for in a company?
- Why C1?
After that, I was sent a coding assessment over a popular coding website. You get 70 minutes to answer 4 questions that are described as between easy and hard. However, it's definitely a personal preference which of the questions you think are easy or not.
After that, the process would continue with an in-person assessment during what they call "action days".
