Pros: Very forward tech stack for a bank. 100% AWS cloud environment. Fairly competitive pay bands. Good work-life balance, but that is changing over the last few years.

Cons: Management and teams are continually hamstrung by leadership. They are tone-deaf to remote work and employee surveys. A recent wave of ex-AWS leadership to Cap1 brings over a toxic competitive culture and an increasingly savage/political performance review culture that forces out good employees and promotes empty, impact-less vanity projects for promotion.
