The process began with a short HR interview, followed by an online coding quiz. The quiz included easy, medium, and hard problems, though none were particularly difficult.
Next, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, after which I proceeded to the on-site interview. Capital One arranged my flight, hotel, and limo transfers between the airport, hotel, and campus.
The on-site interview consisted of two behavioral and two job fit interviews, conducted in 1:1 settings. My preparation made neither of these interviews difficult.
The internal recruiter was very helpful throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions.
