They have a peculiar process where, after completing these stages, you don't receive an offer directly. Instead, you qualify for a matching process. The recruiter presented this as a mere formality, and I was confident I had secured the job. However, the matching process turned out to be another interview, and the manager sought more front-end experience. Consequently, I was not selected for that position.
After that, I was not offered any other positions, despite the recruiter's initial promises. Now, the recruiter is unresponsive to my emails, even though my profile and passed interview are active until the end of the year. I am thoroughly disappointed with this process and the company.
