Pros: The tech group is pointed in the right direction. Hiring in the San Francisco offices has helped the entire tech group do better. Benefits and lifestyle are unmatched. Great live/work balance. Big long-term upsides, and a clear path for "Individual Contributors" (i.e., non-people managing programmers) all the way up to Vice President level.
Cons: Big company still working through multiple integrations with acquired banks and other companies.
Big company politics.
