Process
This is a two-step process.
- Product discovery with a manager.
- Superday: four interviews back-to-back-to-back-to-back.
This process spanned over a month, and the Superday lasted about five hours.
Questions
The product discovery question was similar to the re-design the DMV question. Overall, it wasn't too hard. One of the cases was a little more difficult, related to COVID and more niche.

Cons: The only work that matters is work that is visible to upper management. When it comes time for the bi-annual stack ranking, it doesn't matter if you created something wonderful if upper management doesn't care about it.
