For the work-from-home position, I filled out the application and got an email to do a recorded interview video about 2-3 weeks later. After the recorded interview (1 week later), I received an email from the recruiter stating they were interested in continuing the interview process. Next, I did an informal over-the-phone interview with the recruiter, who then said that I’ll have one more live webcam interview where they ask about 5 situational questions (STAR) and 5 behavioral questions (some questions were tough)... 3 days later, I was notified I got the job, working from home, virtually. Finally, they do background and fingerprinting, have you fill out confidentiality agreements, etc. If everything checks out, you get your start date.
